Return and Refund Policy
At Khaleesi By Paula Lopez, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
• Proof of purchase or receipt is required to process a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
• Opened packages and used perfume bottles cannot be returned.
• Sale or clearance items are also non-refundable unless faulty.

• Once your return is approved, you'll receive an email informing you where to return it to.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
Refunds

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
2. Partial Refunds:
